Crufts

March 2019

Dogs, Dogs, Dogs! A small group of pupils were ecstatic when Gemma offered them the opportunity to go to Crufts this week! The pupils had a brilliant day and were fortunate enough to see exhibitions, shows and even got to sit and with the therapy dogs. It was fascinating seeing all of the different dog breeds that there are and talking with the owners about the characteristics that make each breed so unique. It was a day filled with enjoyment and learning that our pupils would recommend to everyone to visit if they have the opportunity.

Sean, one of our KS2 pupils: ‘It was brilliant, my favourite thing was seeing the Mexican bald dogs, they are so cool. I hope we can invite the therapy dogs into school one day, Henry was my favourite. I want to take my family again tomorrow!’.
