We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download above. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Raelene Austin via telephone at 01384 884 883 or via email to info@wenlockschool.co.uk. If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher, please contact Simon Smith, Assistant Regional Director for Education via email at simon.smith@ofgl.co.uk. An appeals process is included in this policy.
